Organoleptic Properties
A naturally colorful blend ranging from cream, beige and green tones from the nuts and seeds to the vibrant red of dried cranberries. Predominantly firm and crunchy texture contrasted by the soft, chewy consistency of dried cranberries. Fresh nut and seed aroma. Balanced flavor featuring toasted, buttery and mildly sweet notes complemented by the fruity sweet-tart character of cranberries.

Format
5 Kg vacuum-packed bag. Vacuum packaging reduces the product's exposure to oxygen and helps protect its sensory characteristics during storage; controlling oxygen and temperature is particularly important for delaying oxidation of the natural oils found in nuts and seeds.
Storage and Handling
Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct light and heat. Keep vacuum-packed bags sealed until required. Once opened, keep tightly closed and preferably refrigerated when extended storage is required. Exposure to oxygen, elevated temperatures and light can accelerate oxidation and eventual rancidity in nuts.
Quality and Selection Criteria
Clean and homogeneous blend with firm, crisp nuts and seeds and flexible dried cranberries displaying their characteristic color. Free from rancid odors or flavors, abnormal moisture, mold, insects and foreign material. Vacuum seals should remain intact before opening.
