Traditional candied acitrón, made in Mexico and offered in bulk. Unlike the original version made from the endangered bisnaga cactus, this product is produced responsibly and sustainably using jícama and/or papaya, protecting biodiversity while keeping tradition alive.
Its flavor and appearance are virtually identical to the original acitrón, making it indistinguishable despite being made from jícama or papaya.
